What Apogee stores
- A random player id, kept in a cookie and in your browser, so the game knows you have already flown today. It is not linked to your name or email.
- Your flight: the score, total time and how fast you answered each question, so we can draw the daily bell curve.
- On your device only: your flight history and streak.
What Apogee does not do
- There are no accounts and no passwords yet, and we do not collect your name, email or location.
- We do not sell your data.
- Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include visitor IP addresses, for a short time for security and debugging.
Cookies and advertising
The player-id cookie is needed for the game to work. If advertising is added later, the advertiser may use its own cookies, and this page will be updated to say so before that happens.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your address when it serves them.
